Demonic Dragon: Harem System

Chapter 277 A day later...

The sun shone brightly over the training field as Strax adjusted his leather gloves, staring at Daniela. The gloves were made to withstand the heat without destroying his hands.

The redhead wore a teasing smile, casually swinging a wooden sword in one hand as she circled him.

Her gaze was full of mischief, and her body radiated a confidence that only fueled Strax's irritation.

"So, Mr. 'I learned magical runes and now I'm invincible,' are you ready to lose to me?" Daniela mocked, her voice laced with amusement. "Or are you too tired after last night?" she added with a smirk because...

He had basically indulged in an orgy with three beautiful vampires.

Strax rolled his eyes, trying not to let her taunts distract him. "Tired? Please. If anyone here should be complaining about exhaustion, it's you, considering how much you begged last night." He retorted with a smile that made Daniela's face flush slightly, though she hid her reaction well.

"Oh, please! Destroy my soaking wet—ah, yes!" Strax dramatically mimicked, leaving her unable to look at him out of sheer embarrassment.

"Idiot!" she exclaimed, attempting to sound annoyed, but the laughter in her voice betrayed her. "Let's see if your sharp tongue helps you in combat!"

Without warning, Daniela lunged with the sword, delivering a quick strike aimed at Strax's torso. He sidestepped with ease, his sharp reflexes allowing him to dodge the attack.

"You'll have to do better than that," he commented, his voice dripping with false superiority.

"Oh, really? What about this?" Daniela spun fluidly, launching a series of rapid attacks that forced Strax to backpedal. She was faster than ever, and he realized he couldn't afford to underestimate her.

"Alright. Time to test this." Strax took a few steps back and raised his hand, murmuring the words he had recently learned. "Kael'Vyr!"n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

A golden flame flickered in his hand, forming a fiery arc that he hurled toward Daniela. Her eyes widened for a moment, but then her smile grew even broader.

"Oh, that's interesting!" She leaped to the side, dodging the flame with an agile move, before charging forward again.

Strax tried to conjure another rune, but before he could complete the incantation, Daniela was already upon him. She swept his legs out from under him, catching him off guard and sending him crashing to the ground.

"Focusing too much on magic can be your downfall," she said with a satisfied smile, pointing the wooden sword at his face.

He raised his hands in surrender, but his smile remained. "You're right... except I wasn't only relying on magic."

Before Daniela could react, Strax murmured another command word. "Kael'Vex!"

A black flame erupted from his hands—not as large as he had hoped but enough to create a distraction. Daniela was forced to step back, startled by the sudden intensity of the heat.

Strax took the opportunity to roll to the side and get back on his feet, his expression now filled with determination.

"Don't underestimate my runes, Daniela," he said, his voice calm but firm.

She laughed, adjusting her stance. "I didn't underestimate you. I'm just enjoying how much you still have to learn."

The two faced off for a moment, Daniela's teasing smile mirroring Strax's confident grin.

"Again," she said, preparing for the next attack.

"With pleasure," he replied, already feeling the adrenaline surging again.

Hours passed as they fought, until a System message suddenly appeared.

As Strax dodged another of Daniela's quick strikes, he felt sweat trickle down his forehead. The training was intense, and despite her taunts, he knew they were both giving it their all. Daniela, for her part, was loving every moment, her occasional laughter mingling with the sound of clashing wooden swords.

Suddenly, a golden light glimmered beside Strax, and a familiar System message appeared in his peripheral vision.

[Mission Updated]

[Congratulations, you have reached a milestone in training with Draconic Runes! Progress: 10% in Draconic Rune Mastery.]

"Looks like I'm starting to improve... though I still find it nearly impossible to use runes in real battles..." Strax thought.

Unfortunately, runes demanded immense concentration during combat to be drawn from Strax's mana. If only he could...

"Draconic Language... if I had that, I could probably use these runes without any issue."

Before they could continue, an impact struck the center of the training field. The ground trembled, and a small crater formed where it hit. Strax and Daniela stopped instantly, their eyes fixed on the imposing figure of the vampire matriarch. Scarlet's smile was almost predatory, radiating a mix of sadistic amusement and latent irritation.

"I'm quite sure I made it clear that you should be training with Belatrix," Scarlet began, her voice deadly calm but with a dangerous glint in her eyes.

Strax swallowed hard, sweat beginning to trickle down his temple. He knew dealing with Scarlet was like walking on thin ice, especially when she wore that demonic smile.

"Well... you know how it is, Bela was busy…" Strax tried, but the intensity of Scarlet's gaze made him falter.

Of course, he couldn't just say what he'd done with Bela the night before, along with her sisters... If Scarlet even thought about what had happened... Strax was as good as dead.

"Busy?" Scarlet raised an eyebrow, taking a step forward. Daniela, who moments earlier had been brimming with energy and ready to continue the fight, now looked as uneasy as Strax, retreating a few steps.

"I was just trying to improve my mastery of runes, and Daniela offered to help," Strax tried to explain, raising his hands in a placating gesture. "No offense, of course."

Scarlet let out a low laugh, but there was no humor in it. "Improving your runes, huh? And you thought Daniela was the best choice for that? The same girl who nearly blew up half the mansion last week trying to cast a basic spell?"

"Hey!" Daniela protested, crossing her arms. "That was an accident! And besides, I was just trying to help, Mother!"

Scarlet ignored her daughter, her eyes fixed on Strax. "You're good at running from trouble, boy, but not as good as you think. If I weren't here, you'd probably be dead the moment Daniela decided to play with fire."

Strax forced a smile. "Well, look on the bright side, I'm still alive, aren't I?"

Scarlet didn't smile. Instead, she stepped forward quickly, closing the distance between them in an instant and grabbing Strax by the collar. Her strength was overwhelming, and he felt the air rush from his lungs.

"Listen carefully, boy," she murmured, her voice low and laced with menace. "I'm giving you a warning. My patience has limits. If you want to play hero or learn to master your skills, do it properly. And that starts with listening when I give an order."

Strax struggled to speak, trying to appear more confident than he felt. "Right, sure... I'll train with Belatrix. No problem... when she wakes up..."

Scarlet shoved him back, and he stumbled, gasping for air. "She's asleep?" she questioned... Belatrix was known for...

Never sleeping.

At least that was how her mother saw her. She never slept; in fact, she was so energetic that just a 10-minute nap would fully recharge her.

Scarlet's eyes glowed an intense neon red.

"You didn't, did you?" she asked, unleashing a massive, murderous aura.

Scarlet disappeared in a blur of speed, leaving only a wave of furious energy in the air. Strax froze for a moment as the system repeatedly chimed in his mind.

[Danger!]

[Hostility Detected: Scarlet Vermilion.]

[Direct confrontation is not recommended.]

"Damn it!" he exclaimed, recovering, and immediately took off running after her. His feet barely touched the ground as he tried to keep up, but it was like chasing a hurricane.

Daniela, who had stayed behind on the training field, shouted, "Good luck with that!" She knew that once Scarlet entered that state, no one was safe from her wrath.

As he sprinted through the mansion's halls, Strax could feel Scarlet's overwhelming presence ahead, her murderous aura a beacon of impending destruction. He could barely imagine what she would do when she reached Belatrix's room.

"Crap, crap, crap," he muttered to himself, his mind racing. He knew Scarlet wasn't the kind of person to tolerate disobedience, especially when it came to her daughters. And if she was already like this now... he was practically walking to his own execution.

Finally, he reached the hallway leading to Belatrix's room. Scarlet was standing in front of the door, her hand raised, ready to rip it off its hinges with a single motion.

"Wait! Wait!" Strax shouted, raising his hands in a gesture of surrender. He was out of breath but tried to maintain his composure. "Scarlet, let's think about this calmly, okay? There's no need to destroy half the mansion just to—"

Scarlet cut him off with a look that could freeze lava. "Do you really want to talk calm, kid?"

Before he could answer, Scarlet opened the door with a single push. The scene she found was... brutal...

Belatrix was lying in bed, but not fast asleep as Scarlet had feared. She was lying with a flushed expression and her legs spread. She was completely naked, and the bed was wet in every possible way.

Her body was full of hickey marks on her breasts, neck, shoulders and groin. Bite marks in various places, her lipstick was completely smeared, her hair was messy and her pussy...

It was wide open, full of cum.

Belatrix was unconscious, her body soft and limp on the soaked mattress. Her face wore a happy, almost peaceful smile, but the marks on her skin told a different story.

"Did you... have an orgy?" Scarlet asked, and Strax shrugged... "It was Daniela's idea!" He said.
