The key was made to unlock the items in their treasury. The items could not be just given to anyone. Because Xavier had achieved level four and that too with his natural talent, the family head decided to give him this key.

"There are techniques, potions, and artifacts inside the treasury. Choose the one you find most appropriate for yourself." Shivam stated before handing over the key to Xavier.

He hoped that Xavier would choose something to stabilize his strength for Xavier's upcoming seclusion. A small period of seclusion was necessary to understand the new realm of strength as well as the changes in the physique.

'Just one? He is very stingy with the resources. Are these noble families generally so poor?' Rae thought as he glanced at the key which could unlock only one treasure. Though, he did not voice out his thoughts and kept a pleasant expression on his face.

'Let's just hope that the treasury has something of importance to me.' Rae thought as he took the key.

"You should leave now, Elder Qino!" The family head ordered the white faced elder. His attitude was stern, leaving no alternative for Elder Qino.

'I do not want to encourage him but I also don't want to confront him about this mistake.' Hina thought as she recalled Xavier's smile towards her just now. He seemed to have forgotten the incident last night and treated both Elder Qino and Hina normally.

She did not want to confront Xavier as that would get very troublesome. Not to mention the strange ability that he had awakened after his gain in strength. She could not risk being memory wiped and manipulated like Elder Qino.
