Progenitor Vampire: I Have Many Skills!

Chapter 471: Battle of the Leaders

The stars illuminated Jack’s expression of fear and surprise on this chaotic night. There was no change from the day, with the difference being how chaotic the night was.

And also with the difference in Jack’s state of mind.

He had just learned something absurd and incredible, perhaps ridiculous and making no logical sense whatsoever. Still, it was something to be believed because he had just witnessed how Matthew affected his abilities.

His thoughts were so chaotic that even he was confused by them, and they made his head hurt terribly. He didn’t know if it was because of that or the fact that his abilities had just been threatened.

Despite that, he managed to calm down a bit and breathed roughly.

"Fuuf... I seem to have a huge head start on them now, Miss Cecily, Charles Relish." He smiled after saying this and disappeared, entering a door he had just opened.

For some reason, he felt it was time to start enjoying his abilities 100%.

...

Thus, the night hours passed. For some, they passed too quickly, and for others, they passed too slowly.

An endless nightmare was the way of looking at it for others, those caught up in the war without being part of it.

Soon, it was midnight, and the movements of the different forces became more lethal. Many forces already realized that there was no turning back, that this war could only leave one winner, and if that winner emerged tonight, so much the better.

The number of dead was too great, and at one point in the battle, the armies of the Leaders stepped in to stop everything. However, they also received some of the wrath of the different clans, proving that there were no rules in the city anymore.

That caused the escalation to become more terrible at midnight. Now, the Leaders had become involved.

They came out of their Mansion and faced everyone who had been fighting for hours on end.

"Since you all dare to oppose our Mansion, we, the Leaders of Clan City, will make our presence known!"

"It’s time for all you rowdy bastards and traitors of the City to recognize what it means to be the Leader of a City such as this!"

The cry swept back and forth across the city, alarming many. Still, the Clans were furious. Those who were not traitors were weary of the traitors’ side.

As the tip of the spear among the Academic Clans, the Adams Clan knew there was no turning back, and they still held a trump card.

So Adams paused his battle against the Kaze for a moment and, from afar, looked at the Leaders.

"Hmph, Leaders of a City like this? This city was founded from the ground up by my family for generations. Although some families joined us in the process, and these have now gone astray, the true leaders of this city are us!"

"Come, dear City Leaders, come out of your four walls and come after us!"

"My Clan will prove why it has stood for thousands of years in this place! Since you dare to betray the race and the city, then I will step forward to outwit all of you bastards!"

His loud and powerful voice revitalized many who were beginning to doubt. This was the moment of vengeance for them; nothing could stop them now.

But, the Leaders unleashed their powers in the distance and snorted into the air. "Hmph, Academic Leaders who are barely and just barely over 130,000 in power, why don’t you tell everyone what a gulf of difference there is between you and us? Since you want to oppose us, then let this war be your own destruction!"

With a massive explosion of power, the Three Leaders, who boasted a might of over 140,000, stood firm in the face of such statements by Robert Adams.

They even fiercely launched a Power Wave towards him.

’Shit, these bastards have managed to reach 141,000 power!’ Robert Adams growled internally, but just then, a different wave emerged from somewhere in the City and fiercely crashed into that massive Power Wave.

"Hehe, leaders of the City? Pst. Scumbags, that’s what you are. Traitorous scumbags who betrayed the hand that fed you." A man wearing tattered clothes spoke in the distance and on top of a building.

This man’s voice caused the three Leaders to flinch and turn sharply. "Looks like you finally decided to show yourself, old man." They frowned.

They weren’t the only ones, though. This voice brought back memories of all the Clans fighting and even some independent people who were watching everything from a distance.

’That old man is not dead.’ Many were in shock.

The Old Leader shrugged his shoulders. "Yes, it has been a long time that I have remained hidden because of treacherous bastards.

But this time, it’s time for you traitors to feel the wrath of the last remnant of the Ancestral Family; it’s time for you to remember the last true Leader of this city and his power!" The Old Leader did not want to waste any time; he flew high speed through the city and soon stood in front of the Three Leaders, about 200 meters away from them.

Your journey continues at empire

The Three Leaders, though frowning, soon began to laugh. "Hahahaha, shit. We thought you were dead already, you damn old man. But here you are, just as alive as the last time we faced each other!" one of them, the eldest, squeezed his hand tightly.

"You managed to escape that time, but it’s been hundreds of years since then. I want to see how much stronger you’ve gotten, old man!" he growled fiercely and was the first to leap towards the Old Leader, unleashing a blow to his face, which was parried by a hand from the Old Leader. n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

"Is that what you call the man who raised you when you were abandoned?" he asked, causing the Leader to shrug his shoulders. He then created an explosion and pulled away from him.

"So what? Come, show me that you deserve to be the one who raised us. Your three sons fulfilled all their plans and have now reached the same height as you. Shouldn’t you be satisfied and go to the other world? That would make things easier for us, father." His last words sounded sarcastic, making the Old Leader sigh.

"The children have certainly grown up, become cunning and powerful, but... Hehe." He raised a hand and squeezed it.

"Do they really think you’ve caught up to me? You deluded fools. You will always be those stupid little children before me. Remember that well." He said. At that moment, two mighty Waves came out of his body, causing the three of them to look slightly intimidated.

"You damn old bastard, so you’ve strengthened yourself well!" shouted the eldest of them, the closest one, but that was his distraction, and he suddenly felt a terrible pain in his stomach, which came with a voice.

"Hehe, you little idiot, you forget that I was indeed the Leader in this city? What could you possibly know about it?"

The Leader was soon sent flying until he crashed ferociously into a huge building, which he destroyed on impact.
