The horizon lit up and a portal appeared before the trio. Miwa Nova said, "Tie a spirit energy rope on to me. This portal is not the usual void tunnel. It has Dao Storm going through."

Shi Lang and the rest nodded and formed a rope of their spiritual energies that tied up around their and Miwa Nova's waist. To be extra safe, they tied one each around themselves as well. What surprised the three people was how Shi Lang's rope seemed to be made up of golden lightning.

Tian Jian remarked, "Lightning true spirit."

Ming Yanzi asked, "Senior Brother Shi, please pardon me for being rude, but can you tell me how to purify your True Spirit?"

Shi Lang was surprised by her address, and Tian Jian said, "The topper of the sever star tournament is addressed as Senior Brother or Senior Sister by everyone."

The people nodded, and followed Miwa Nova inside the tunnel. The elders watched this in the distance. Shi Tao was there also, beside her stood Yu Xeidi and Hao Mei who watched the vanishing figures with a heavy heart. Shi Lang was their family and they were too attached to him.

Shi Tao patted them both on the head gently, and said, "Next time you meet him, challenge him for a duel, beat him and keep him beside you. That is the only way to have him stick around. Understood, my babies."

Yu Xeidi nodded heavily while Hao Mei said, "Big Sister, I am not a baby."

Shi Tao chuckled and said, "You both are my treasures, and babies. What can you do? Are you going to rebel now that Baba is not here, Meimei."

Hao Mei shook her head and stayed silent. Yu Xeidi looked at her and said, "Big Sister Mei, teach me flame control. My forging is getting better but still lacks the flame control."

Hao Mei nodded and said, "I need help with crescent blade as well."

Shi Tao felt happy that these two were helping each other grow stronger, and said, "If only someone could give me a hug at this heart warming scene."

The two girls rolled their eyes and the three hugged each other. Shi Tao was like that before the two of them, carefree and dramatic. Then she told them to be diligent in cultivation and come to meet her often. Ming Yanzi and Tian Jian were surprised as well, the latter commented, "To think that there would be a place with such an high Dao Resonance."

Ming Yanzi replied, "I wonder what will the elders do if they were allowed to get in here."

Miwa Nova was walking ahead of them and said, "That is the thing, the elders cannot. The Dao Plain has its own rules. Only those who get the recognition of the seven star platform can walk through this. Many of the elders never had the chance to get on the platform, so how can they come here?"

Ming Yanzi asked with doubt, "What Seven Star platform?"

Miwa Nova nodded and replied, "The world inside the crystal ball, that is called the Seven Star Platform. Once someone is fighting in there, the Guiding Family, Miwa Family, can sense if they are resonating with the platform.
