Chapter 1478: Azure Savage World!

“Star Beast!” The pirate yelled and his voice twisted. However, what came next was the massive thud that accompanied the impact.

From just the exposed head of the Star Beast, no one knew how large the creature actually was.

Despite the massive impact, the protection barrier of the ship was pushed to its limit and managed to prevent the body of the ship from damage.

Even though the Twin Star Pirate was flung away, he managed to grab the door of the cabin despite his surprised cries. He stopped himself from being thrown further.

Realizing what might have happened, the Twin Star Pirate got to his feet and swayed side to side as he stared into the distance. He saw the True Immortal he was tasked to take care of holding a strange jade-like rod in his hand while pressing an end against the space between the Star Beast’s eyes.

The rod looked supremely thin compared to the giant head of the beast. In fact, it could be compared to a tiny needle at best. However, just that needle alone was powerful enough to prevent the beast from opening its mouth to crunch at the Star Ship it was intending to destroy.

“This... This...” The Twin Star Pirate was completely taken aback by the scene and he stood there, flabbergasted. Even his mind seemed to stop as the words were stuck in his throat.

“What happened?!” Countless pirates emerged from the ship the next moment as they stared into the distance, not knowing what to do.

“It isn’t dead yet.” Shang Xia’s sigh rang in the minds of everyone present, snapping them awake. “Hurry and restore the protection barrier. The Star Beast probably still has companions.” Nôv(el)B\\jnn

The Twin Star Pirates quickly rushed back into the ship as the protection formation sprung back to life.

“Right. This doesn’t look like a Star Beast...” Shang Xia mumbled to himself as he looked at the majestic creature he had suppressed.

The pirates on the ship didn’t hear what he said, but at the same time, the news of the Star Ship being attacked reached the Spirit Ark in front.

With the Ying Brothers taking charge of matters personally on the Spirit Ark, they quickly increased the strength of their protection formation to the limit. At the same time, they left the ship to hover outside the protection barrier, preventing any accidents from happening.

“How dare you attack us, you vile beast!” The Ying Brothers roared the moment it appeared. They were also certain the creature was no Star Beast.

Even though the giant beast had great strength, it released a strange cry that no one had ever heard of and its wings flapped slightly. Its giant body rose slightly, avoiding the Ying Brothers’ attack. At the same time, its claws reached for them in an attempt to counterattack.

The chaotic streams around them became even more violent and even the Ying Brothers found it difficult to protect themselves. They had to return to the Spirit Ark, only to feel it bobbing up and down in the chaotic streams.

Shang Xia and the Ying Brothers also raised their vigilance as they observed the surroundings of the 2 giant ships.

“They aren’t Star Beasts...” Shang Xia looked at the Ying Brothers on the Spirit Ark and spoke. His instincts were telling him that they knew what those creatures were.

Star Beasts might have different appearances, but those from the same nest or from the same pack would usually look the same.

However, both beasts that appeared looked completely different from each other. They weren’t even of the same species.

Also, Star Beasts could move around like fish in water in the chaotic streams. They wouldn’t cause such a massive disturbance when passing through. The way they rushed through the chaotic streams was no different from when Shang Xia passed through on his own.

“You’re right. They aren’t Star Beasts. Instead, they’re spiritual beasts. They are high-level spiritual beasts.” Ying Lianquan revealed a strange experience. He didn’t seem surprised to see the 2 massive spiritual beasts, but there was a look of confusion on his face.

“When we were attacked, Stargazer Xin mentioned that we weren't too far away from the Azure Savage World... We should be able to exit the chaotic streams soon.” Ying Lianxi added.

Only then did Shang Xia notice that the chaotic streams had weakened considerably from the time they entered.
